In addition to in-person services, Empowered Learners, PLLC offers speech-language therapy through secure video conferencing (i.e., Zoom). Teletherapy sessions are currently available for Connecticut and New York residents.

Home-Based Speech & Langauge Therapy
Home-based speech therapy sessions are beneficial for both children and family members. By engaging in individualized intervention within the comfort of their own home, children are able to expand on their communication in the context of the activities, items, and individuals that are most meaningful to them. In this setting, parents are given models and specific practice instructions to promote generalization of the skills worked on in therapy sessions. By creating a supportive and comfortable learning environment, individuals are empowered to communicate with confidence!

When school is out for summer break, your child’s speech services don’t have to be. Children who are in speech and language therapy at school may regress in their skills over the summer. Summer speech therapy can provide your child with one-on-one intervention that will support their continued progress using engaging activities. Call today to schedule weekly speech therapy during your child's summer break!
